With 26 years of experience and 17 years of owner/manager experience, I opened LR Salons, a 60 studio rental property so that I could provide a stable, family friendly atmosphere for operator’s private and particular needs.  Being from the Van De Walle family, the basic fundamentals of running a successful business was instilled in us at a very early age…with honesty, integrity and a profound faith in God as the three key elements for success!

Born and raised as a native San Antonian, I worked in the Van De Walle family business for the past 40 years and bring to LR Salons my extensive background in accounting and business management.  When the Van De Walle business was sold in 2007, I considered retirement, but God had other plans for me, and helping my niece, Laura Reynolds, run LR Salons was one of them!  Laura and I are excited about the amazing operators already here and want to invite you to come see why they call it “home.”
